These are not all my neighbors. I live in a big city, where lots of different people intermingle with each other. Harassment is part of my life and it follows me most places I go. It is not something I can escape with better neighbors. For the record, most people who live in my building are just fine. This is not a neighbor problem-it's a male harassment problem.
